Popmenu

  • Managed a portfolio of 60+ restaurant partners including multi-location chains (7Spice) at a summed total of $400,00+ ACV, 150,000+ followers, averaging $500+ MRR per account

  • Duties included quarterly account audits, billing support, website edits, email capture, onboarding, marketing meetings ,and upsells on online ordering add-ons: delivery, pick-up, etc.

  • Supervised a creative team of 5+ contractors and reviewed over 700+ marketing deliverables monthly i.e. text message campaigns, monthly content calendars, email campaigns, social media, and graphics for my client portfolio

  • Monitored websites & performed 3P integrations on Popmenu, a SaaS tool with website hosting, dynamic menu management, marketing automations, and direct online ordering tools for restaurants

  • Facilitated quarterly business reviews and analyzed performance on Google Data Studio, Facebook Insights, Google Ad reports, IG metrics, and Google Business Manager
